Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Ticketing & Refunds

The following policies apply to all ticket purchases for the Tuk-Ham Festival:

• Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of complete festival cancellation.
• Tickets are transferable but may not be resold for a profit.
• The festival organizers reserve the right to change the program schedule or venue if necessary.

Code of Conduct

Tuk-Ham is a celebration of heritage. All attendees are expected to:

• Respect the traditional customs and royal stool of the Ham people.
• Follow instructions from festival security and local authorities.
• Refrain from any behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful to other attendees.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Nok imagery, festival logo, and editorial text, is the property of the Tuk-Ham Festival Organizing Committee and may not be reproduced without explicit permission.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the State of Kaduna.
